Sonya Madison has counseled small and Fortune 50 companies on ethical practices and workplace policies.  Her passion is working with businesses to implement procedures that ensure compliance with employment and ethics laws while improving productivity and performance.

As an attorney in private practice, Ms. Madison worked with companies to draft and update policies to improve workplace conditions and enhance workplace performance.  She has also provided management workshops resulting in positive behavior and leadership changes on the job, resolved disputes conducive to employer and employee rights, and audited ethical and employment practices for conformance with legal requirements and client objectives. She encourages engaging companies and employees to articulate their professional needs and expectations while understanding and honoring the legal rights and obligations of the employment relationship.

Ms. Madison serves as a National Employment Law Expert for the Examiner where she writes numerous articles on the latest legal news for businesses. She has appeared on Headline News, Fox News Live, CBSAtlanta, CCTV, and The Willis Report as a legal expert for businesses.  She was also featured in The Municipal, HREOnline, Infotrak, For Your Ears Only, and the Tom Joyner Morning Show.
